Approach

I understand that every person has their own experiences and strengths. I work to understand your goals for treatment and apply the therapeutic modalities that are the right fit for you. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness based approaches.

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and your primary goals for seeking support. I value hearing what has worked well for you in the past, as well as what hasn’t resonated. I believe you are the expert on your own experience. I take a collaborative approach to treatment planning, ensuring we are aligned on your treatment goals and welcoming your feedback throughout our work together.
